Leasing
In 1982, Mr. Dominy was the first person chosen at General Investment and Development to move from residential leasing into commercial. His first undertaking was two highrise buildings located in Philadelphia, with 688,000 square feet, 144 commercial spaces, three restaurants, hotel rooms and two underground operations. In the years since then he has leased and managed a variety of assets including historic rehabs.
