Mr. Dominy has been involved in the creation of some extremely large portfolios over his years in the commercial real estate industry. Beginning is 1998, he built a small collection of nine assets into a 42 property portfolio with 12,200 units. The portfolio had over 400 employees. And from 2005 through 2009 the organization under his direction made 29 major acquisitions.

Then beginning in 2009, he created a new company which increased to 39 properties, 10,700 units with 320 employees in three and a half years!
